I wondered about that too. The only problem with that idea is that the bullet proof rear side windows do not retract, so one would have to step on the seat, and with the top up there would be no way in or out. I think access to the third seat was easier through the space between the second seats - the passengers in the second seats would have to get out while the third seat passengers got in or out. Not very convenient. There does look to be a foot-hold between the rear wheels either for a step up (one couldn't use it stepping down while exiting) or to accommodate outriders, if guards were carried along (facing inwards, one foot in the hole and the other on the pad) - again not very satisfactory.

not only is there a rip in the passenger seat but the steering wheels on the wrong side
