Default Molson Convoy

These vats came from Europe to Canada and are now being trucked to the Molson facility near Toronto airport. They remove over-head hydro wires and re-attach them after the convoy. This is a big job and will be on the Discovery Channel eventually. something like "Mega Movers". that show.

I was able to walk right up to the tractors/vats but the police ran their siren to tell me i had worn out their patience. A big wave and I left. I'll be back tonight and tomorrow for more shots anyway.

Default Getting ready to go

Just half an hour before they start moving again. drivers, hydro workers, police...everyone ready. The pickup with the tall mast on it's nose is used as go/nogo for wire clearance.

Today they parked at woodbine racetrack. I'm hoping they took perspective into account to maybe i can get some photos with the track sign lit up in the background. or foreground. i'll go over closer to sunset.

Parked at Woodbine Racetrack. Tonight they travel to Molsons. Should make it. It's just down the road.

Beautiful. I love heavy haulage.

I think each vat can hold a million bottles of beer.

Cheers.

Those are the biggest kegs I've ever seen. I hope the refrigerator is big enough.
