What a lucky circumstance to photograph the VC-25! Around here, they typically close the viewing area when Air Force 1 is expected!

Nice effect of the mist...defintely worth the wait in the cold!

Why mess up a fine photo with all that writing? Why such a small file size? Also, if I knew that obama was on that airplane, I wouldn't have wasted the shutter actuation.

hello Jehan

i was prepared for the worst when i arrived at the spotting point, and had plan B to Z, but fortunatelly the police was tollerant and the group was able to stay in a defined area and boy we were trigger happy that day (about 50 new registrations for me including AF2)

hello

i usually put a watermak in my photos and upload them in several places. some have size restritions, so it goes 800*600 everywhere.
i'm not sure if Obama was in the AF1, AF2 or the 737 that came later, but i certainly wasn't gonna miss, probably, the only chance to catch thos 2 beautys

thank you for your comments

Here is a similar photo taken by Tiago Palla at Lisbon Airport. You two must have been standing side by side.
