Default Burning Vehicle

Not sure where to put these and since it involved a vehicle I thought I'd post them here. Something a little different from what were used to seeing here. Local fire companies were sent to this address for a vehicle fully involved in fire. Here's the right before the fire truck arrived and the aftermath.

If the moderators feel thse would be better somewhere else please move the thread for me. Thanks in advance for looking.

To get to witness one for onself and to be able to beautifully capture it in a shot,I hesitate to use the word "fortunate",given the gravity of the situation.Well done!

An unfortunate incident for the vehicle, and hopefully no impact to human life. However, a gret popportunity to capture it for all time...nice!

Reminds me of that old joke...

You see a man drowning. You have a choice to make. You have the opportunity to take a Pulitzer Prize winning photograph, or save the man's life. Which film do you choose?

The first image was captured as we (the cop and myself) were waiting for the fire truck to arrive. I got there got my fire gear on (yes didn't even think to shoot a frame before doing that SAFETY FIRST), grabed the camera, turned it on and fired off 12 frames before the fire truck arrived.

Which film...... Fuji HS20 with a 16GB class 10 Transcend SDHC card in it

Gonna take a lot of elbow grease and wax to bring that one back.
