Thanks. I had a Sigma 150-500mm attached to the D-700 for these. I was able to setup by the Thunderbirds mobile support group so the shots were only around 200mm...besides the scenery on the tarmack was pretty good too.

Great shots of the F16! Airshows are a tough assignment and you've managed to get excellent shots. Nice capture of the ground action as well.

Thanks...Here are a couple more pics of one of the F-18 Super Hornets they had buzzing around, and the last is the flying bunson burner, Randy Balls' Mig 17.

Tarmack nice, but the shots are great. So much better to me than "plane on the runway shots". A plane belongs in the air. These are nicely frozen.
