Walter,

(Big stomache laugh) Well, the world would be a better place if military parades looked like this, especially as (since) there aren't any enemies any more. Boys - big toys, grown men - small toys

Hilarious - ha. Uh ....

I don't get it, Streets. Could you explain?

The caps worn are those of an enlisted man - no silver, solid blue.

The C***T cap reference is a derogatory term, referring to the the crevice that goes the length of the cap.

Thanks, John. Just surprised at Street's "outburst". And what about the California reference? Must be a story there.

Drumsfeld once said "If you have a a fine hammer, got to have some nails" or something similar. Suppose the bluecaps will have it their way

There is another quote: "To the man who only has a hammer, everything he encounters begins to look like a nail" (Abraham Maslow)

Anyhow, not hard to understand that this fenomenal picture elicits different kinds of feelings

Torgny - I'm afraid I don't get what you're trying to say here? "Suppose the bluecapse will have it their way" - I'm a little dense today as I don't understand your point here.

probably the only time an enlisted guy will ever drive an "F-16"! frankly, i'd think a grown man would be a bit embarrassed to ride down the street in something like that... funny shot, Walter!
