Default Is this the future?

No wonder Costco was out of Double-A batteries.

Not the way of the future. But it does prove P.T. Barnum's old saying about there being one born every minute. Or is it a fool and his money are soon parted? Something like that. Until a time comes when a battery will cost about $80 and give you about 1000 km then the car is impractical. Instead of recharging stations, there would just be battery stations. At around 850 km a notice is given to exchange battery. You pull into a station and exchange your battery for a fresh one for $80. I say $80 because thats about the cost of driving 800 km with gas these days. Canadian prices and Canadian gas.
