Nice prop blur on #1 and 3 and nice panning on #2. Shooting at slower shutter speeds to achieve both while maintaining a sharp image is one of my big challenges. Nicely done.

Thanks Jehan,

I won't say how many shots I missed. It's extremely difficult with slow shutter speeds. I have learned from you and others critique that slow shutter speeds are mandatory with prop planes. I got very few keepers.
I'm fortunate to live only about a mile away from this airport. This gives me plenty of opportunities to practice shooting fast moving subjects with slow shutter speeds. The wings of freedom tour was visiting this weekend. So with no kid events to shoot this last weekend I had some time to get out to the airport and shoot these old WWII planes.
Ironically Saturday I bartender a 90th birthday party for a WWII vet.
