Default Some shots from an airshow this weekend

One of the local aircraft museums hosted a "Vintage Aircraft Weekend" at Paine Field here in Everett, with lots of activities and flight demonstrations. The day started cloudy and wet, but cleared up pretty nicely later in the afternoon, in time for the flight demos from several aircraft I'd been wanting to see in flight for some time. Here are a few...

Douglas TBM-3 Avenger torpedo bomber...

Douglas AD-4N Skyraider - originally developed for the Navy as a carrier-based maritime patrol aircraft, it was later converted to a light bomber/ground attack role during the Viet Nam war...

fantastic shots. Perfect weather. Nice, clean, detailed shots with good prop blur.
