Everyone has seen images of this famous, beautiful cathedral on the outside. Here is a series of images taken during Mass the evening of May 31, 2006.

Statue of Virgin and Child. Dating from the 14th Century, it was brought to Notre Dame from the chapel of St. Aignan.

I especially liked your composition in the Prayer Ptationof Notre Dame, our lady Would even be perfect if you could have captured a bit more to the top to include the rest of the stained glass at the cost of losing a little from the bottom of the image, IMO.

Yes, frpm what I recall I had to prop my camera against a wall because of the shutter speed involved in taking that image. As a result, some of what was on that wall crept into the image because of the super wide angle lens I was using and cut the top off. With a do-over, Iprobably could havegotten lower and may have saved the top.
