A beautiful prayer station within the gigantic cathedral of Chartres, France...

Yes, from what I recall,the dark area is the northern side of the transcept, so it was in a place where it would have been hard to get things naturallyexactly symmetrical, and the windows in this church are just so beautiful I didn't want to clone anything out! I may just do that tonight at home though and print it up for my album.

Verry good suggestion from Ken! But, if you're considering the architectural accuracy, you can simply turn downthe light from the window, I believe. Theelegant candlesticks which appear somewhat distractingly bright, might alsorequire a little pp, IMO.

Got to talking with my girlfriend this weekendand it looks like we'll be going back to France this next year.Weare planning tobase ourselves in Paris to do a few of the things we missed andtake some longer day trips by railto places like Reims, Tours, Strasbourgand some of the other nearbychateaus like Fountainbleu. We already have the books out and are starting to figure what we can cram into 12 more days!
