Vandertramps Costa Rica pictures inspired me to scan some pictures from my trip to Costa Rica back in 2003. I gotta apologize for the quality, scanning pictures isn't something I specialize at.

This first picture is of Poas volcanoe. If you look at the crater wall you can see the face of a woman painted on the side, I've cropped and rotated it down in the left corner so maybe you can see it better

I always thought these frogs were extremely poisonous, but our guide (who's holding it) said that it's exposing it to open wounds which is the concern

wow- some amazing shots there, and the poas shot took me back 6 years! definitely makes me miss the Ticos!!!

I especially liked butterfly/humming bird garden! I could spend hours there with my camera, maddening my wife :G
