All the water that fell on Masada was collected in this room. As the level went down you walked further down the stairs.

Hi Bynx,

Unless something's wrong with my browser I don't see any images in your 3 posts - Mt. Sinai, Ein Gedi, and Masada. Would love to see them. I was there last November. 10 days in Israel, 6 days in Egypt.Here's a Sinai post I did awhile back:

I didn't have an dSLR at the time, most of these were taken with a KM A200.

What was your itinery? - sounds like it may have been similar to mine. It was an awesome trip; there was just too many M16 and AK47 automatic weapons around for my sense of well being.
