Default Some Photos from Beijing

Heres some of the photos I have taken so far here in Beijing. I believe these were all taken with my new sigma 17-70 DC Macro... Enjoy!

Just a quick question.. what causes the starry affect with the lights in my second photo? I dont believe that has ever happened when i was using the kit lens. I dont know if its a good thing but i think it looks kinda cool

it comes from using a small aperture (looks like f22 here)

nevermind! i just looked at some of my older photos and they kind of have it as well. just not as defined as the one i posted today.

Oh ok thanks! Ya it was probably something around that.. I think i used a 5 second shutter speed

Very interesting set Wonger - I love #2! #3 and #4 are composed very nice IMO!
But this bear looks dangerous, looks like he's going to jump out there immediately

haha the bear was waiting for the guy next to me to throw him a apple wedge.. I didn't use a high enough shutter speed so my pictures of the bear catching the apple with his mouth came out with some motion blur =(
