I will be in Nice next month as part of a mediterranean cruise. These pictures make me even more anxious to get there.

Thank you for sharing them.

Just a day trip. The ship docks in Monaco but we chose to take the day excursion to Nice and Cannes. We won't actually walk up to Eze but there will be a stop for photos.

The cruise is 12 days and besides Monaco, we will be stopping in many Italian and Greek ports, along with Ephesus in Turkey. We are staying in Rome for 2 days on the front end and in Venice for 2 days on the back end.

My wife and I celebrated 25 years of marriage a few months ago so we figured we would celebrate it in style!

WOW! That's an awesome trip! We stayed in Nice for about 6 days. We had 3 tours with Med-Tours: region of Provence, Monaco by day and Monicao by night. 2 out of the 3 tours we got the same guide, Pascal. He noticed my camera and let my wife and I sit in the front He held the front seats for us the second time we had him Was great! We had a connecting flight in Madrid, on our way home. We had tapas for lunch at the airport. It was a great trip Have a wonderful time!

Very nice photos ! The wife and I spent a lazy afternoon under that canopy @ Le Quebec people watching and eating pizza and drinking beer. Your photo brings back some great memories. Did you by any chance, go up into the mountains across the bay? There are some really good restaurants up there (along with some rich folks houses) and the view of Nice from there is breathtaking at night! We really enjoyed Nice and you've got some great shots. Thanks for sharing.

CMOY,

That is it, you got me wanting to visit france again. I have to book a long weekend trip to paris over memorial day now. I miss the fine wine and good good food.

Very nice use of the fish eye. I especially like #1 with the wet promenade! I got to get me one of them fish eye lenses!

Cmoy,

I should not have been following your travel post in france. I just had my wife arrange a memorial day weekend trip to paris. More flying for me this month.
