Default Some Costa Rica Travel shots (no wildlife)

I posted some wildlife shots before. Here is a more traditional travel shot set. Hope you don't mind some more from this part of the world.

Thanks very much Cmoy! (I have a feeling you were referring to the second to last one (the night scene with the lights)-- I deleted one and they got rearranged as you were posting).

Thanks Shoturtle. That's what I think they are called in Costa Rica as well -- At least that's what I call them :-).

Love the travel shots. I too thought the "tuk-tuks"(3 wheelers) were native to South Asia..did not realize they had made their way over to the Americas!

Makes sense in a country with no oil reserves of it's own. Back when US gas prices were $1.50 they had $3-4 gas. They also has engine size limitations as well.
Back to the Topic, I loved the night shot as well. The newly planted trees was also a good one as I remember the deforested hills.

I like all shots. It presents many different aspects of Costa Rica to me (a country I've not been in -- or part of the world for that matter). Thanks for posting. I wouldn't mind seeing more.

Thank you. I'm glad you found them interesting.

vvcarpio, if you are interested and didn't see them, there are some wildlife shots that I posted in the wildlife section. If you ever get a chance to get out that way, I recommend it. It's really a nice country and the people are very welcoming. It was a new experience for me.

Here are a few more since you asked .
