Last image is best. In the first one, all the "stuff" in the foreground detract from the main focus... the busts in the mountain.

I concur with the others. What is that god awful mess with the columns and flags in the first pic? It should be a place of beauty. Not one of chest banging and howling. I wonder whose idea that was? But the other couple of shots are spectacular. One of the few places I never got to see.

It's the "Avenue of Flags"... Each states flag is represented, and on The specific side of the column that each flag sits, there's a plaque that tells u when it became a state etc etc...

But it's only up until u go thru the walkway and then it's A huge, clear, wide open viewing from there
