Very nice composition...I've been at the Riverwalk a couple of times and enjoyed the spot. Was this taken from the tour boats?

In the early fifties, this place was so notorious that it was "off limits" to all military personnel. This photo shows that time can change things for the better. Very nicely composed shot.
