Lighting is beautiful..as are your compositions/ Would love to visit Vegas just for photography. Do you have any of the Bellagio with the fountains working?

Thanks Jehan! I found out FAST that Vegas is very boring to shoot during the day These were taken shortly after sunset, 5ish if I remember correctly. All hand held, left the tripod in the room. Here's one of the Bellagio with the fountain running. This was taken 2 mins after the above photo. The fountain lights are HOT! I wish I was able to keep the sky blue like in my first photo Guess if I used my tripod I could have taken 2 shots, 1 the background and 1 for the fountain, and blend the 2. Next time

Chris, Thanks for indulging me and posting the image of the fountains at The Bellagio! I flew in and out of Vegas on my trip to the Nationa Parks in Utah--just drove through the Strip with my daughter taking pictures through the car window.

You must have a very steady hand to have captured them without a tripod. I looked at the EXIF on one at it recorder the shutter at 1/13th of a second!

Again, your images really show of Las Vegas!

Thanks again Jehan! Yeah, shutter speed was pretty slow. I probably could have used ISO 1600 but was too afraid of the noise. Next time I'll push it and see what I get BTW I would have preferred to drive to the National Parks
