This view of West Vancouver is taken from Prospect Point in Vancouver's Stanley Park. Lion's Gate Bridge is the landmark on the right.

Ah yes....Prospect Point.........it sure has a view and a half doesn't it! Nice panorama of West Van and if memory serves my old brain correctly, that would be Grouse mountain on the right after the bridge.

The trick with taking pictures in Vancouver is the lighting. With it usually being either overcast or foggy, it's hard to get the real beauty of the area. I think you managed to do that quite well. You could cheat and tweak the brightness just a tad though to get rid of some of the haziness. However, this is as you saw it, at that day, at that time.

Great shot either way of course!!
