Default Swiming with the Whale Sharks in Cancun, june 2010 (Panasonic FT2-TS2)

I finally tested my FT2 underwater (Cancun, Mexico): without any preparation it survived a depth of 12 meters, it also recorded decent UW photos under impossible conditions in very murky waters (where whale shars are fidding), full of plancton, with visibility less than 5 meters. Some pictures http://public.fotki.com/Primoz/mexico-june-2010/ and a compilation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzTWvLthoYM

WOW you really got lucky, Whale Sharks are a rear treat.

It looks like the FT2 did a very nice job for you.

Very lucky to swim with the whale sharks. Did not know Cancun had them. Never saw them off Cozumel.

It is not luck, it is 100% that you will see whale sharks on locations which are about 1 hour drive with speed boat to NE of Cancun or HolBox island:

Tours are organised also from Isla Muheres, Playa Carmen, ...

Very nice, I really like the first shot. Really jealous of you having the opportunity to swim with whale sharks.
