Thanks for the comments. The squid shot was taken on a night dive. They seem attracted by the lights and let you get much closer than was possible during the day. Only problem was they tened to drift upwards and in the dark it would have been very easy to get into a rapid ascent without noticing so I had to give up after a couple of shots for safety reasons.
