Hi Everyone,
I have a Jazz camcorder now and want to use an 8GD SD card. Should I format this SD card first? And if I should, what would I format this in?
Very new to all this. Thanks........

Welcome to the forums. I'd see if your Jazz has a menu choice for Format in one of it's menus somewhere and use it to format your card. Personally, I reformat my cards prior to every reuse using the Menu Choice for format in the camera I'm using it in. That way, I always start out with a fresh File Allocation Table, just the way the camera expects it, since it's performing the format.
