I'm pretty well settled on getting a Canon (eventually to pair with the EF 24-70mm f/2.8L lens which I hear is fantastic), but which would be better for HDR-related projects? The XTi offers 10 megapixels, but the 30D has faster continuous shooting, a quality which would seem to better fit the necessity of shooting multiples of the same scene for the post-processing work involved in generating HDR images.
I've been reading through Flickr on the whole subject, but there seems to be at least a bit of over-the-top bragadocio as to the level of technology (expense) required for "true" HDR. Or should I just wait for the Canon 40D? ha- nah, can't wait. Me want good camera now
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
