I am looking for a digital camera that takes excellent video clips. I have a Fuji Finepix Z1 right now, which takes very satisfactory video clips but it hasa fewproblems that irritate me to no end. Problem #1 - No tripod mount! Problem #2 - Uses Motion-JPEG format which eats up memory very quicky. Problem #3 - Uses XD memory cards which I'm not fond of.

So I'm trying to figure out what the best camera under $200 is that takes good video clips. I don't care about the still images so much as long as they are decent and at least 3 megapixels. Here are my requirements:

1) Has a tripod mount

2) uses MPEG4 (or similar) video compression

3) Has sound

4) minimum 640x480 at 30 fps.

5) Can't have a wavy picture like the Aiptek and other cameras that don't employ a framebuffer on the CCD.
