I have been wanting an digital SLR camera for a while. THe Canon digital rebel XT has really come down in price. I saw it for $470. The XTI is still much more. Is the XTI really worth the extra $

According to Canon [Seehttp://downloads.canon.com/cpr/softw...C_0113W799.pdf ], in addition to the 10MP image sensor in the XTi vs. the 8MP sensor in the XT, the XTi has a 2.5" LCDdisplay vs. the XT's 1.8", a dustreduction feature, better autofocus, and a few other minor features that the XT doesn't have.

For a $150 price difference, I'd call it even. Butif you're pinching pennies, andcan put the money you'd save into more and/or better lenses, then I'd say get the XT.
