What would be the best digital camera $160 and under with the best video quality? I know for the price it wont be the best, I just want the best I can get for 160. The Pentax Optio M30 looks really nice, and has the video shake reduction, too. Would that be a good choice?

You should be able to get a second hand Xacti HD1 or perhaps a HD2 for that

The Xacti is a hybrid or perhaps one should say a high definition video camera that takes still. The HD2 takes pretty good stills. You can also use an external microphone which is good if you want to vlog anywere but in your bedroom.

The Casio Exilim P505 is a camera that takes video. The video quality is okay but the photos are not as good as a few cameras in the price range.

The links are to ebay in the UK.

Most professional reviewers and users agree that the video clips on the Canon S-2/S-3/and S-5 are near the top of the charts.
