First off I suppose I need to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

My current camera is a Sony H2 and I have been very pleased with it. However I seem a little limited in some of it's capabilities.I'm looking to take pictures of my girls playing softball next year and various landscape pictures. (vacation to Colorado) anyways.

I have just recieved my new christmas present "Dell laptop" and it has a SD/MMC and MS/pro slot for memory cards. Could you guys suggest a great entry level SLR that uses these formats? Thanks so much for your time in advance.

I purchased each of my girls a new Fuji FinePix z10. <pretty nice for a small camera.

Thanks again for your time. Sorry for the long posts.

Both the Nikon D40 and the Pentax K100 take SD cards. Interestingly enough the Sony Alpha 100 takes CF, which surprised me. The new Sony Alpha 700 takes MS Pro, but while it sounds like a wonderful camera, it's not exactly an entry level dSLR. Steve's main page for dSLR reviews ( http://www.steves-digicams.com/cameras_digpro.html) lists all the cameras and what media they take (column on the far right).
