I am looking for a big zoom camera with flash hot shoe, swivel LCD, etc.

choice of Canon S5 IS - best rotating LCD, however no manual rings, lowest price.
Lumiz FZ-50
Fuji FinePix S100fs - new, so price is too high,
Olympus SP-570 - 2gb xD is a turn off but biggest zoom.

I like the Oly E-510 kit with the 150mm, but I need more zoom.

I bought the Oly e-410 in November (kit) and love it - and just got the Zuiko 70-300mm lens today - haven't had a chance to really try it yet, but will tomorrow.
It adds a nice amount of heft in weight - but I like the feel of it very much. The 70-300 is equivalent to 140-600.

Your camera choices are all consistently Point and Shoot, non-DSLRs, until you suddenly throw in the Oly E510. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Do you want a non-DSLR, or do you want a DSLR?

Also, I'm uncertain whether you know the 150 mm kit lens for the Oly E510 is equivalent to a 300mm? Here is a link to a chart showing the range of Zuiko lenses. It may help you decide what lens you might need to go with an Oly E510 camera.

If you aren't ready to go with a DSLR, then perhaps the Canon S5 IS is your best overall choice with it's swivel LCD, hot shoe, and excellent image qualities. If you place a swivel LCD as a priority, only the FZ50 offers a version of that, but flips down, so cannot be seen on a tripod.

You might want to visit this thread, because this guy LOVES his S5 IS
