Well I just got myself my first car and I really like some of the pictures I have seen online of different cars and everything. How on some pictures its raining outside and you can like focus in on the rain on the car, but still get the car nicely?

Heres the types of picture I want to take:

My P&S is great for simple family pictures and is nice and compact, but I want to get into a camera with manual settings (aperture mostly), and also a camera with a decent macro but also something that will let me take good moving shots too.

I know I can't afford a DSLR as my budget is only about 150$ or so (Can go a bit higher depending on how much better the camera is).

I really like how some cameras let you get an adapter and put different lenses on too(fish eye/wide angle).

What could you/would you suggest that meets the requirements I have provided?

I have found the A950IS to be a worthy competitor, but for some reason I feel I could do better?
