Default Need Compact Camera

Hey, I'm looking for a compact camera that I could carry around in my pocket. I will mostly be using it to just shoot pictures of friends and random things. I need a camera that can take some decent pictures at night too. Also being able to take short videos would be nice. Basically I need a camera good for recording the moments of my last year of high school.

So I need decent battery life, good pictures in low light, decent video, and small enough to carry in my pocket.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Oh, and I'd prefer the storage media to either be SD or Micro SD.

Hi TorWheeler.
The first Camera that comes to mind is the Fuji FinePix F200EXR.
Here are it's main features

12.0 Megapixel
5x Wide-angle Zoom Lens (28-140mm)
3.0" Color LCD Display
Super CCD EXR Sensor
Dual Image Stabilization
Extremely High Sensitivity (ISO 12800)
Film Simulation Modes
Face Detection 3.0
HD Video Out
xD-Picture & SD/SDHC Card Compatible
and here's alink to a test from DP Review
It's pricey at around $360 but Fuji's F series have been very good low light performers. If this is to pricey you could try last year's version of this camera the Fuji Finepix f100fd. Itt originally sold for $349 from Amizon now it's $225. Here's a link http://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-Finep.../dp/B0012Y6VQA
