It does not exist. Many have offered possible cameras, and you have rejected them all. Sometimes the perfect is not always available. Can you possibly make some compromises?

of course I can. but my bugdet is not unlimited and I want to buy a product that lasts, long and that possibily supports a few accessories. I believe I'll wait for one similar but with full HD (more than 720p).

You could get weatherproof or waterproof bags for your cam.
