Default Looking for replacement point & shoot......

I am shopping around for a point n shoot to replace my outdated Nikon Coolpix S6. I am a photography hobbyist who uses both a PNS and a SLR (Canon 10D) and will use the PNS camera for travel and shooting a large variety of photos including landscape, people / groups, macro, sports, etc.

My preferences include the following:
  • Durability, waterproof (not required, primarily for shooting in the rain)
  • Size, compact and easy to travel with
  • Amazing photo quality, color and sharpness are important to me
  • Great macro ability w/ close range capacity
  • Manual settings, ability to adjust ISO, aperture & exposure
  • Image stabilizer, optical or sensor-shift
  • High optical zoom, => 5 x w/ wide angle (20-28 mm preferred)
  • HD Video, built in HDMI connector
  • Program variety, including macro, color/sepia/B&W etc, fisheye preferred
  • ISO, =>800
  • Strong sensor, CCD preferred if recommended
  • Storage, S/SDHC and internal preferred
I have researched a variety of sites and have began comparing the following:
  • Sony HX5
  • Sony TX5
  • Canon SD3500IS
  • Canon SX210IS
  • Canon S90
  • Canon SX210IS
  • Canon SD1400IS
  • Panasonic Lumix TS1
  • Panasonic ZS3 or 7 or T Series
  • Panasonic ZR1
  • Nikon S8000
I am interested in recommendations & feedback on any of the above or any cameras I may not have mentioned that align with my list of preferences.
Thanks in advance for all the posts & recommendations!
