Default Compact-good burst (kiddos

I need 2 compacts really b/c droppable pocket size slr don't exist..... My 3 yo dropped an old exilim, so now I'm looking at rugged panasonic ts2. Don't need underwater, but do go boating in summer. Want a pocketable camera for travel, everyday Mom stuff like a GOOD burst mode for ever moving, camera dropping child. Have a Canon S2-IS but need more portable. Thanks!

Well none of the P&S cams aside from the HX5V really have a stellar burst mode but for a rugged camera, I think Panasonics are the best choice.

Becareful of the burst rate of the HX5V. It may be 10fps, but only for 1 sec. Then it ties up the camera for 14-16 while it saves the photos.
Super Frequent Flyer, no joke. Ex Patriot and loving it.
