Default Olympus Tough 6020

I am about to take an offshore fishing trip. Last year I took my DSLR and got some fantastic shots but because of the size, I couldn't keep it with me while I fished. As a result, I missed a ton of shots including one of a huge great white shark engulfing a 70# tuna right at the boat. I have a Canon IS720 but our local discount club has the Tough 6020 for $180. Worthy of consideration? Pros/Cons?

That is a good price. However the Tough 6020's image quality will be less than you A-720 IS, but it will have HD video. Here is a link to a review:
