Default Help picking small p&s with good quality

Hello. I am unfamilier with all the point and shot cameras out there and could use some help please. Below are the areas I would consider my requirements. I would like an auto setting that can take a good photo without a delay. Most every p&s ive used take forever to capture the photo and you lose a lot of shots. I would want the camera to basically capture once the release button is pushed and not have a blurry image.

1. Small to fit in pocket
2. Cheap($200 range)
3. Fast focus and shutter
4. Non Blurry photos
5. Lowlight or large aperature lens
6. Video would be cool too

John there isn't a lot in the $200 price range that fits all of the above...the best for you would be the Canon S95 without a doubt...but it's $369 w/ free shipping...the ZS7 is a fun camera and can be had for $250 with free shipping
