Default Budget camera that does 720p video? Had Canon SX 110IS

I had a Canon PowerShot SX 110IS that was damaged so I am in search of a new camera. I liked the camera, the primary thing I did not like was the flash recycle time, it was too long.

I would like something that does 720p video and takes good pictures as well. I am not looking to spend more than $200 at the moment. I was looking at the Canon PowerShot SD1400IS last night but I'm not totally sold on that one yet.

In the meantime I have been using a 2MP Fuji Finepix 2650 =\

Take a look at the Nikon S6000. B&H has it on sale for $99.95 and it has a 7X optical zoom 28mm to 196mm.

My Panasonic FH20 does 720p video. I think it is now down to $139 and could be classified as "budget". It is my favorite travel cam, 8x zoom, great optical IS, and compact.

Panasonic ZS7 if you don't mind it in blue.
