Default Looking for Recommendations

Please let me know if you have any recommendations. I am looking for a camera that is:
1. Relatively compact
2. Price range < $600
3. Quick speed, need to take lots of shots in a small amount of time. I have a toddler and a baby and they are fast. I get great shots when I use a DSLR but I miss so many with my current point and shoot
4. Ability to take quality shots in low light conditions
5. High quality video
6. Decent zoom

Panasonic FZ150. Very fast(shooting and focusing) 12 frame burst in 1 second, plus a hugely impressive 5.5 frames per second WITH autofocus!! Very good video capability, pretty good in low light, very useful zoom range(25-600mm f/2.8-5.2). Also shoots RAW. A great all rounder.
Here's a very thorough review-
