Default what camcorder best fits this? new or otherwise.

I have about $140 saved up right now, I was wondering if there is a good camcorder I could buy for that price, or even less. my aiptek A-HD+ is starting to not do so well and I need to replace it.

features I was looking for:

1080i or 1080p
mic input (optional)
headphone jack (optional)
some internal memory, harddrive/SSD, or memory chip (measurable in GB)
optical zoom (10x and up, zooms decently fast)
good battery life
good in low light

anyone know of one, or finds one, please let me know before film class gets over in march.

It's going to be difficult at that price point- though look for one with a "proper" image stabiliser and keep your eye on the lens's "f" numbers... often overlooked on camcorders and helps massively in low light. I have an old "mini DV" Canon MV901- and the f/1.8 lens was the key purchasing factor- as was the effective image stabiliser.
