Default In need of a small compact digital point and shoot

Hello, Christmas coming up soon and I am in need of a decent point and shoot with somewhat decent video. The price range is around 150.00...I know that won't get me much but I have a few that I'm looking at
....Olympus VG-160 for 99.00, Olympus SZ-12 for 149.00, Olympus VR 340 for 99.00, Olypus TG-620.
....Canon A3400 for 119.00, Canon A4000 for 99.00, Canon A2300 for 79.00
....Nikon L26 for 99.00, Nikon S3300 for 99.00

Sams has the Canon SX 160 IS for 139.00 and have considered this one.
Again I know that my price range is not much and will get me probably even less but my Canon A590 went south on me a year ago and I would love to get another one for photo's but the price gouging has increased the sale on these from around 150.00 a few years ago to over 300.00, plus it didn't have a very good video to boot.
Wanting this for taking photo's and some video of kids and wife during Christmas that won't look totally horrible, and also can be used to go out and photo around a bit.
So if anyone has any considerations or has any other good options please let me know. Thanks.
