Hey guys, new to the forum and hopefully will be a new digital camera owner soon. I would like to get a good digital camera and a little printer for it. I dont need to be taking incredibly detailed pictures because it will be a gift to my parents for christmas, and they would just use it like a regular camera. I was told the Canon pixma ip6000d is great and i found that for around 150. This leaves me with 250 dollars for a camera, any suggestions would be great. Thanks again guys

$250 hmmm... How about a Canon sd110 3MP plus a 256 mb compact flash. That's my top pick others a little bigger, little cheaper Canon A400, A75
Fourth choice Casio z30

If you gotta have 4mp
Sony p73
Fuji a340

There is an A400/Canon Printer set that's $300. That's the simple, one stopsolution.

Higher quality, there's a rebate here http://rebateplace.com/forms/4549.pdf

It has a $50 mail in rebate if you buy the printer and a 4mp+ Canon camera. So you could get an A85 for like 250, printer for 160, a256 card for 25 (this was checking Amazon) and get $50 back.
