I need a camera that is fast in low conditions of light. The Minolta Z1 and Z2 are a good choice? The Z10 is better or worst?

The Z-series isn't very good in low light. You'd probably want something with an AF-assist lamp.

Ultra-zooms are generally not good in low light (unless you use flash of course--in which case all cameras are ok). For good low-light performance some things you need are: a good flash (i.e. need distance), AF-assist lamp, and good ISO sensitivity (i.e. can take pics at high ISOs with less noise). Being able to have a larger aperature can also help.

Since ultra-zooms have smaller sensors, they generally produce a lot of noise if you boost ISO. Most ultra-zooms also start having problems is you zoom close to 10x.

If I'm not mistaken, the Konica Minolta Z line is bad in low light; so is the Canon S1 IS. Panasonic FZ Lumix line is probably the best but even that won't be so good...
