I am having a difficult time deciding betweena 20D and an E-1.

I already have Canon System Components (EOS-3, 50/1.4, 28-105. 550 flash) and you would think that would make my decision a no-brainer.

However, I understand the digital specific lenses are amazing in the E-1 as well as the dust removal system and overall weather-proofing of the camera. I might also mention, I've been shooting an E-10 (also with non-removable digital specific lens). While it's slow and not particularly good at focusing, it's produced some great images for a 4.0MGP camera.

If I did purchase the Canon, I would most likely buy the EF-S 17-85 with it. (Is this considered "Digital Specific"?)

My questions for the forum are:

Which would you buy?

Have any of you heard the criticisms of the 4/3 format that I have been hearing a lot of?

Which produces less noise at low light levels (high ISO settings)?

If I was making 16x20s would I see a big difference in image quality between the two?

Lastly, durability. I would be using the camera professionally, but I don't typically punish my cameras.

I thank in advance anyone who could give me insight as to my future purchase.
