I am going to buy acamera tomorrrow, and I just want some reassurance. I would like at least a compact, but really am looking for a camera that can fit into a pocket and go anywhere. 3x zoom is fine. I have about $500 to spend on the camera and then however much I want on memory and batteries. Obviously speed is very important, and image quality, while I want it to look nice, am willing to accept little flaws(like purple fringing, but do not want blurry or dark corners). The camera will be for pictures of banquets, parties, friends, prom, homecomming, vacation, team pics, and so on. I don't really care about manuel controls, but I do like scene modes(but view some as useless, like food?? who takes pics of food?) I want a good macro, like maybe within a few inches. So suming it up, I want: speed, small size, good at lowlight. I have been looking at the F10(a little big though)and the T7(for its size, but hear bat things about image quality, comments please), and the Casio Z750. Thanks
