Hi all,

I want a 5 MP digicam.I want LCD which can move(so that i can see my own view when taking my own pic ).

I wantrechargable batteries.I have heard they r better than normal batteries.Is that right ? :roll:

Iwant to bean amateur photographer.Is there any site which can show pics taken by various pixel cameras so that I can compare the quality ???

AndI want a camera which can be ready to shoot in very small time before the click moment go away.
Another thing I wanna ask is that can it take still pics of moving things too ?

So can any one suggest me any model ?

Go here and look at this one to be released very soon. It has everything your looking for eccept for the movable LCD.


Or if your not interested in high zoom facto and would like auto as well as manual focus look at this one. It is so feature loaded that you could hardly cram anything else into it!!

The Olympus C7070 has everything you want, including the twisting LCD so you can look at yourself while taking a self-portrait. And its' photos are absolutely top notch.

It sounds to me as if the Canon Powershot S2is is what you need. 5mp. A whopping 12x optical zoom. LCD which swivels virtually any way you want, and excellent image stablisation.

I'm probably biased because I've got one but having used it for a week I'm delighted so far.

It sounds like he described it. I have the S-1 IS and love it. The improvements on the S-2 like the low light lamp and 5 megapixels further emphasize it. And if I am not mistaken, they are rated as possibly the best video for a camera.

Canon PowerShot G5/G6?

5/6 Mpixels, 4x optical zoom (35-140mm eq.), super fast lens (f/2-3.0)tilt and flip 2" LCD, manual controls + auto modes (includes scene modes), VGA movie (30 sec, and 320x240 3 mins), RAW mode for digital negative.
