Hi, i have the 4600 and the photos are good but it takes too much for the flash to recharge, and i want manual ISO. So, for about $300, what can i have? 4 or 5 MP is fine, i want the shortest shutther lag i can have, and not pay too much. Does a nikon 5900 would be a good upgrade? or a kodak 7350? :?

Here are some suggestions arranged by price:

Kodak DX-7440 - about $180

Olympus C-5500- about $210

Kodak DX-7360 - about $230

Canon A-95 - about $250

Fuji F-10 - about $288

Canon SD-400 - about $308

Your biggest bang for the buck, in my opinion is the Olympus C-5500 which has 5mp, 5X optical zoom, and full manual controls. Attached is a C-5500 photo sample.
