I currently have a Nikon coolpix 4600. I like the camera except for the long pause time between taking pictures. I frequently miss out on a great moment. I purchased this recently and amnow looking for a camera that has a quicker time between shots. My problem is that I would like to stay with the same picture card (SD) andbattery (AA) if possible. More willing to use a different batteryif no choice. HELP as I am not very knowledgeable and do want an easy camera!!

Any opions on the canon SD450? Thanks

The Canon SD-450/500/550 have all received excellent reviews and have great user support as well. The new NikonP series (for Performance series), especially the Nikon P-4 also meets your requirements as well, and has received excellent professional reviews.
