I am looking at the 9180 and the Epson 2400, and leaning to the 9180 because in reviews it seems to have better print quality.

Does anyone have real-world expperience?

Does anyone know the droplet size for the 9180? I can't seem to find that info anywhere!

Thanks!

No opinion, but I do have my eye on one too.

I have one, and wish I didn't. I have been in photography 37 years, digital for the last 7, and I'm in the middle of one of those nightmare tech support scenario experiences with HP that I have only read about. Their tech support (in my experience) is ludicrous. I had one tech in India(that I couldn't understand on a very poor connection)tell me that the printer wasn't being made any more. Another(it sounded as though he was in the USA) told me that his supervisor instructed him to tell me that the printer was not designed to use 4x6 sheets. When I asked him to give me a link to the specs(Iwas looking at a HP page of specs that said it was) HE HUNG UP ON ME.

I tried to call back and HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN.

I'm now in contact with a "Pro Photo Business Develop Manager" who seems to genuinely care, but at this point after 6 months, an expensive ink set, several packs of paper, I still haven't made one acceptable print.

Buyer Beware
