My printer has worked fine for the past few years, have had no problems until recently. Now, everything I print regarding on which paper I use, which application I print from, is coming out with a strong purple cast. Black & whites, sepias, everything is purple!

Í letPhotoshop determine the colours. Af first I thought it might have been a problem caused by installing Spyder2 PRO monitor calibration software but now I don´t think so. I seem to remember it printing out fine for a few weeks after calibration. I´ve done the nozzle checks and print tests, everything came out fine.

I don´t know what else to do, any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Just to update you all ... I´ve just installed our old Canon i560 printer to see whether the problem was with my software or the printer. The prints from the old printer are perfect. So it´s definitely a problem with the i9950.

Does anyone have any suggestions what to do next please? How do I know if one of the printheads needs replacing?

Thanks.
