Default Epson 1400 Refillable Inks

Has anyone tried using the CIS in this printer? How is your printing? Quality and color? And what system have you used and or tried and liked and ones to avoid.

Thanks, Suzan

I'm asking this as I was told by a printer repair guy to only use Epson Inks as others clog jets and eventually the printer needs a professional head cleaning.

both system design and ink are important factors to prevent your printer from clogging. A friend of mine use sponge less ufosystem's 1400 refillable cartridges with great success for years, no clog at all.

If you print a lot, it's also nice to have a good continuous ink system and good dye inkset for 1400 that would not clog your print head. My personal recommendation is InkRepublic's 1400 CIS. you can find their user's setup pictures and product page.
